Stop losing money onrushed, underquoted jobs. quotes you never find time to send. late, partial or unpaid invoices. payments you forgot to chase. calls you can't answer.

Reframer is building an agent for Australian service businesses that does the whole quote: it asks every question your job needs, builds the quote for you to approve, locks in the deposit, sends friendly check-ins when payment runs late, and can arrange payment plans to keep cashflow moving.

AI assistant for [Your business]

After hours, 8:42pm

Hi, can I get a quote to move a 2 bedroom unit from Sandy Bay to Glenorchy?

Hi, I'm the AI assistant for [Your business]. Happy to help. House or flat, and roughly how many boxes and big items?

Flat, 14 stairs. About 30 boxes, a fridge and a queen bed.

Thanks. Any pets? And how far is the truck parking from your door?

No pets. Parking is about 40m away.

Could you send a few photos of the big items? Then I'll put your quote together.

Where the money leaks

Four places service businesses lose the most money.

  1. 1EnquiryMissed call
  2. 2QuoteRushed and wrong
  3. 3SentNever sent
  4. 4Job donePaid late or not at all
  5. ✓Paid

Quotes that are rushed, underquoted and wrong

Rushed out to beat the competition, the quote misses the flight of stairs, the long carry or the heavy fridge. You underquote, and wear the difference on the day.

Quotes that never get sent because you run out of time

A proper quote needs a dozen answers. By the time you've rung back, the customer has booked someone else. Or you're too time poor to quote at all, and it never goes out.

Finished the job, but late, partial or no payment

No deposit taken, the invoice sits, and chasing it feels awkward. Some money now beats none later.

Unavailable to answer, and slow to get back to the client by call, email or text

You can't pick up the phone up a ladder or under a car, and enquiries arrive at night and on weekends. The first business to reply often wins.

9.2%

of calls to small and medium businesses went unanswered, rising to 17.9% in flooring and 17.6% in roofing.

AIIMS Group, Australian SME Lead Response Report, 2026. Based on the agency's own client data (more than 207,000 calls).

69.3%

of those calls came from first-time callers. New customers, not regulars.

Same study.

Nearly 7x

Businesses that responded to a lead within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify it.

Harvard Business Review, 2011.

Check your phone. How many missed calls did you have last week?

Intelligent quoting

Not an answering service. An agent that asks all the hard questions, so you stop losing money on quotes.

A removalist can't price a job without a dozen answers. Most AI receptionists take a message and leave you to ring back. Reframer asks the lot, in a sensible order, chases the photos, and hands you a quote that's ready to approve.

A customer sitting on a sofa, typing a message on his phone

For removalists, it asks

  • What date and time?
  • How many boxes?
  • Fridge or big appliances?
  • House or flat?
  • Stairs or a lift?
  • Any pets?
  • Is there a driveway?
  • How far is the truck parking from the door?
  • Can you send photos of the big items?

Every answer goes into the job spec, so the quote reflects the real job, not a rushed guess. Same idea for every trade: the questions change, and you approve the result in one tap.

How it works

From first message to approved quote, and paid.

  1. Step 1: A call or text comes in, after hours or when you're busy.

  2. Step 2: The agent asks every question the job needs: access, size, dates, extras.

  3. Step 3: It asks for photos where they help, then builds a job spec and a draft quote from the answers.

  4. Step 4: You approve, edit or reject the quote from your phone. Nothing goes out without your OK.

  5. Step 5: The customer confirms and pays a deposit by secure link, or splits it if they need to.

  6. Step 6: If payment runs late, the agent sends a friendly check-in text, day or night, with a pay link.

  7. Step 7: If it can't help, it hands over to you with the details already written down.

Built from your documents, price lists and the way you already do things.

I'll build your voice agent at no cost. You pay the monthly plan once it's live.

I'm working with a small group of Australian service businesses, 5 spots per round, to shape the product.

What you get

  • The custom build is normally A$1,000 to A$2,500, depending on your business. Founding partners pay nothing for it.
  • You don't pay anything until your agent is live on your number.
  • Your founding price is locked for 12 months.
  • A direct line to me, and early access to each release.

What partners commit to

  • A 3-month minimum once live, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
  • A setup interview, plus your documents, price list and common questions.
  • A short feedback call every two weeks, and approving quotes during the pilot.
  • A testimonial or case study, only if it works for you and you're happy to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Listen to the demo and judge for yourself. It introduces itself as an AI assistant, so no one is misled.

You approve quotes before they go out. It's set up to hand over when it's unsure, and you can review every conversation.

They can. The agent offers a callback or passes to you, with the details already captured.

You set the rules. Urgent enquiries go straight to you by call or text.

An AI receptionist takes a message. Reframer does the quote: it gathers the detail your trade needs, builds the job spec, and asks for the deposit. Then it follows up on payment in a friendly way.

Training is live. Voice agents are in development, and founding partners get the first release.

That is planned, and not built yet. The idea is a casual check-in, not a demand, with a pay link and the option to split the amount inside limits you set. Follow-up will stay within the ACCC and ASIC guideline on contact hours and frequency.

Trust and compliance, in plain words

  • Calls are announced as recorded, and customers can ask for a person instead.
  • Texts follow the Spam Act: your business is identified, and customers can reply STOP to opt out.
  • Payments go through a secure payment provider. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Planned payment follow-up will follow the ACCC and ASIC guideline: no more than 3 calls a week or 10 a month, polite, within set hours.
  • Your data stays yours. Where it is stored and processed will be stated plainly before you sign.
